It's October and we're bringing our next Creative Hangouts to a spot where we can spy the moon and feel the change of season. This is a come-and-go event. Arrive when work lets you out and stay as long as your evening allows. Never been to an AIGA event? This is the easiest one to start with. You do not need to be a member, and you do not need to be a designer.

The AIGA AVL Student Portfolio Review connects emerging designers with local design professionals for one-on-one and group portfolio guidance, plus workshops on portfolio dos and don'ts, interviewing tips, pricing freelance work and more. It's built for students and recent grads in graphic design, branding, UX/UI, animation and digital design. Your portfolio doesn't need to be finished to bring it. This event is FREE, lunch is included, and every participant is entered to win a one-year subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud.
